Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose a design, then the product, and the color and size if needed. Add it to your cart, then enter your name, phone, city and address.
Do I need an account?
No, you can order without one. An account lets you keep your favorites and follow artists.
Payment
How can I pay?
Payment is cash on delivery only: you pay in cash when you receive your order.
Do I have to give my bank card?
No. The site never asks for bank details.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 3 days.
Print quality
How are products made?
Each product is printed on demand, after you order, so nothing sits in stock.
Will the product look exactly like the image?
Images are previews. Because each item is made on demand, slight variations may appear.
Selling as an artist
How do I sell my designs?
Create an account, accept the publishing rules, then upload your designs. They appear in the shop once approved.
Do I have to handle stock or delivery?
No. OUBELLE takes care of printing and delivery. You follow your sales and earnings from your dashboard.
